Nominate - NASTC 2026 Conference

By nominating your driver for the NASTC Driver of the Year Award, you are sending a great message. A message sent to not only that individual, but also to your other employees and customers, that your company is proud of the safe and quality people you employ. We are major proponents of incentive and award programs and know many of you are also. It is fantastic to spend time recognizing your personnel internally, but the national recognition your driver will receive from being nominated is assuredly an above and beyond measure that is easy for you to do!

Nominating a driver costs you nothing. Every nominee will receive a personal letter of appreciation and certificate congratulating him or her on being selected by you for recognition. Several factors play a contributing role in selecting finalists, but every person nominated is a winner as far as we’re concerned. If your driver is selected as a finalist, he or she will be invited to attend our Annual Conference in Nashville in October and will be able to bring a spouse or a guest. You will cover the cost of getting your driver to Nashville, as well as the cost of your own attendance with them, but NASTC completely covers the cost of attendance and hotel accommodations for the driver and their guest.

In addition to NASTC covering the cost of their attendance and hotel room, your driver will also receive a Driver of the Year plaque, a custom jacket, and an array of Driver of the Year gifts provided by NASTC along with our affiliate partners. These gifts are valued at over $1,500. Friday night, the Drivers of the Year will receive the VIP treatment with a special night out. We will close out the weekend with our Driver of the Year award luncheon, where these drivers and the companies they represent are given their commemorative plaques and gifts, and are honored for their distinguished accomplishments within the transportation industry.
